Facebook Will Let Business sell products directly in the messaging app
Directly Shop From Whatsapp Chat- Facebook wants more people shopping in whatsapp. In recent update the company services made it known to the public that it has plans to expand the app in shopping features. That is to say the are including shopping options in their messaging app.
You can use the whatsapp chat to buy products directly from shops. Wow this is going to be so interesting, easy and fast. The company is never relenting in making things easier for it users. Saving you the stress of going on other online stores to search for product, you can easily get it all done in your whatsapp chat all flexible.
The company’s statement is light on details, but a promotional video shows how such transactions might go down. A user will message a business company which reply with a link to a product catalog. The shopper can then add items or product he/ she has shopped to their cart and checkout from the app.
This is supercool chatting directly with the company and at the same time they reply you with a link on how to buy and add these items in your cart. WhatsApp can allow you shop directly with it’s app.
Whatsapp has had a catalog feature in the past, but it was more limited than what Facebook’s now previewing. The social media has not ceased in it plans. The company is making a pig push to expand its shopping features across it’s apps. Recently company launched Facebook shops, which allows business to create all kinds of product catalogs then make it work across Facebook and Instagram.
Directly Shopping from Whatspp Chat, presumably these transactions would use Facebook pay, which the company began testing with Whatsapp Brazil earlier this year. the company was forced to stop the program but after a while the country’s central Bank took issue with it. But the company has said it plans to bring payments to all its users in the future.
